OUR STORY

We are Gina and Hans Nielsen and we are so excited to be the new owners of Seventh Street Cafe (formerly known as Brioche). We are already business owners here in St. Joseph and now proud to be a part of the downtown community. Hans is an accomplished chef and Gina knows her way around the kitchen, too. We are excited to have the staff from Brioche with us and to be growing the cafe in many ways!
